Scan Business Card

Step 1: Home Screen in the neco App

You are logged into the neco app and on the home screen.

Step 2: Open Contacts

Go to the scan view. To do this, press the black "Scan" button at the bottom right.

Step 3: Scan the Business Card

Now hold the camera view so that the business card is within the red frame and clearly visible. We recommend placing the card on a monotone background and illuminating the card well so that the image doesn't blur. Now press the "OCR scan" button (optical character recognition) and our AI (artificial intelligence) processes the business card in our backend. Shortly after, you should see a card editor window where you can check the data for accuracy and correct it. Further down you can then add notes and save the card. The card can now be found in your contacts.

Additional Notes

• The image should not be blurred and should be well-lit.
• Without neco Corporate, you can only perform a limited number of scans.
