Scan Business Card

Step 1: Home Screen in the neco App

You are logged into the neco App and are on the home screen.

Step 2: Open Contacts

Go to the scan view by pressing the black “Scan” button at the bottom right.

Step 3: Scan the Business Card

Hold the camera view so that the business card is within the red frame and clearly visible. We recommend placing the card on a monotone background and illuminating it well to prevent blurry images.
Now, press the “OCR scan” button (optical character recognition), and our AI (artificial intelligence) processes the business card in our backend. Shortly afterward, a card editor window should appear, allowing you to review and correct the data for accuracy. You can also add notes below and save the card.
The card is now available in your contacts.

Additional Notes

• The image should not be blurry and should be well-lit.
• Without neco Corporate, you can only perform a limited number of scans.
