Download Wallet Card

Step 1: Open neco App

You must be logged into the neco app.

Step 2: Access Cards

On the home screen, open “My Cards”.

Step 3: Download Card

Now, if you take a look at your Corporate Design (!) card in the selection, you will see a download symbol in the top left corner.
Click on this symbol. Shortly, you will be redirected to a website that will initiate the download.

Additional Information

• The wallet card is currently only available for Apple Wallet on iOS.
• The wallet card can only be designed in the neco Corporate Web App.
• With the wallet card, you can also display the QR code on your phone.
• The link of the wallet card is static, which makes your data slightly less secure compared to the codes on the phone.
