Change or Cancel Subscription

In the neco Mobile App

  1. Log into the neco app.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Press on "neco Corporate".
  4. You should now be logged into the web app view. If not, switch to the neco Corporate Web App.
  5. Press on the menu icon in the top left and go to settings.
  6. Press on "Manage subscription".
  7. Now press on "Change plan" to modify the subscription. If you want to cancel the subscription, press on "Cancel plan".

In the neco Corporate Web App

  1. Log into the neco Corporate Web App with your account.
  2. Press on the menu icon in the top left and go to settings.
  3. Press on "Manage subscription".
  4. Now press on "Change plan" to modify the subscription. If you want to cancel the subscription, press on "Cancel plan".
